How long does it take to receive my order?
At Mr. Trophy we strive to fulfill all standard sized orders within 3 business days of the order being placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped you’ll get an email from us with an estimated delivery date along with tracking links! Larger orders typically take up to 2 weeks and include items that must be custom ordered or orders with 50 plaque or more. During high volume sales times, like May & June, orders may be delayed. Our manufacturing team runs production on Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM so orders placed over the weekend, or after hours, will not ship until the next business day at the earliest. Customized pins, bronze casted plaques or personalized ribbons may take up to six weeks to be processed. Again, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped from our warehouse. The rate of speed at which your package is delivered to you will be based on your chosen shipping method.

Can I change my order?

How do I pay by a PO?
We accept PO's from schools, towns and government funded institutions ONLY. If you are one of these organizations, please contact us at email@example.com to set up a PO in our system.
How can I submit my engraving information?
Simply follow the prompts on our website to order, however if you have any additional questions please give us a ring at (860) 246-2579, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember our engravers will go above and beyond to format and center your engraving while in production.
What is your Return Policy?
Since each trophy or plaque is one-of-a-kind due to engraving, returns are not accepted. We work hard to make each order perfect for our customer’s needs, so please feel free to email us at email@example.com or call us by phone at (860) 246-2579 anytime if you have a question about an order.
Can I see proofs of my plaques or glass awards before they ships?
We've done everything we can to make it easy to visualize what your award will look like while placing your order. Proofs of finished glass awards, plaques and trophies before shipment are not available at this time. We do offer proofs for custom design made items like custom pins, ribbons and bronze castings.
Can I save my designs online to purchase at a later date?
Yes, you can save a design by making an account and placing the item in your cart. When you come back at a later date, just log back in and your item should be there waiting in your cart.
Text Formatting & Logos
Our groovy engravers make your experience even easier by formatting the text for you! All content will be evenly engraved based on the size and shape of the plaque, award or trophy you choose. The first 50 characters are included free of charge. We copy and paste the exact spelling you submit, so be sure to double-check before you order. Trophy text is engraved in all capital letters; Plaque text will be engraved as submitted. Aluminum plates have silver lettering; Steel and Brass plates have gold lettering.
Logos should be uploaded or emailed in PNG, JPEG or PDF format - black and white images are preferred by our engravers. All logos are etched in the plate color of your choosing. Aluminum plates create a silver logo; Steel and Brass plates create a gold logo. No additional color will be added to logos.
